EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
The buyer has up to 7 days after the completed delivery to exchange products purchased on the site.

*WE DO NOT EXCHANGE OR REFUND PRODUCTS ON SALE, EXCEPT FACTORY DEFECTS.
Necessary informations:
1) Name
2) Order Number
3) One of the following options:
- Exchange 1 (or more) products for other products
- What product and what size? (Remembering that most of our products are limited edition, we do not guarantee availability of everything at the time of exchange)
- Return 1 (or more) products and generate an exchange voucher for use on the site
4) Did you have any problems with the product or with the delivery that made you want to exchange or return it? If yes, can you tell us? This feedback is important to our team.
Only a single return request per order is allowed.
Return conditions:
- Products after the exchange period will not be accepted.
- We do not exchange partner products
- Only products received within 7 days, unwashed, unused and without odors will be accepted
- Items that have been altered by the customer will not be accepted (examples: hem, cuff adjustment, etc.)
- The product must be intact and the exchange tag affixed to the piece, passing through our review team
- If the product is defective due to misuse, the reversal will not be authorized and the product returned to the customer.
We do not reserve parts, either by model, color or size. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the availability of the part to be exchanged in stock.
If the desired part is not available at the time of completion of the process, the customer will be able to choose another item.
